We believe the most memorable gifts do not always come in the form of the most expensive ones, they are the most personal.

Liebling Studio started because of a simple frustration: all the fridge magnets available today look exactly alike. They're plain, generic and forgettable. But the people truly want to remember their wedding day, first dance, or the way someone looked at them across the room. These deserve much more than just a normal fridge magnet.

So we created a product unlike anything else: a photo magnet with a built-in "doorway" back to that special moment. When you scan the QR code located on the photo magnet, a private gallery of your favorite photos will appear on your smartphone. It is both a keepsake and a memory. All contained within one small item attached to your refrigerator.

We are a small, hands-on studio (currently only myself working tirelessly to ensure each order is produced flawlessly); and each order is made specifically by me. If you have any inquiries regarding your purchase, please contact us. We would be delighted to hear from you and assist you.

What is Liebling Studio?
We create personalized photo magnets with a twist: each one comes with a unique QR code linking to a private "memory page" — a photo gallery you can share with friends and family, or keep just for yourself. We are happy to assist with more customization of your pages for you. 
How does the QR code work?
Scan the code on your magnet with any smartphone camera. It opens a private page hosted by us with your photos. No app needed.
Is my memory page private?
Yes. Pages aren't indexed or searchable. Some orders also support a secret word for extra privacy — only people you share it with can view the page.
What sizes and formats are available?
We list our most common sizes in the shop. Looking for a different size? Send us a quick note and we'll get back to you with options.
What can I use the photo magnets for?
We make a personalized, practical gift — popular for photos of wedding and other ceremonies, kids, pets, and family. Many customers also use them as "save the date" magnets for weddings, birthdays, and other events, each one linking to a shared memory page for guests.
What are the magnets made of?
A flexible magnetic sheet with rounded corners and a strong adhesive backing — sturdy enough to hold several sheets of paper on a fridge or magnetic board.
Matte or glossy finish?
Magnets come standard with a matte finish. A glossy lamination is available as an add-on, giving extra shine and protection. Our recommendation: glossy.
How does the ordering process work?
  • Choose your magnet size and finish
  • Upload your photos — select your files and they'll upload automatically
  • Once all uploads finish, add to cart
  • Complete checkout — your QR code and memory page are set up automatically
How do my images need to be prepared?
  • Match your photo's aspect ratio to the magnet size where possible, to avoid unprinted white edges
  • Use a high enough resolution to avoid pixelation
  • We accept JPG, PNG, and BMP up to 5MB per file
  • If your image doesn't match the magnet's aspect ratio exactly, we'll crop it for you
Can I edit my memory page after ordering?
Yes, you can update photos 2 times after your magnet ships.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production takes about 1 business day. Shipping takes an additional 4-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping coming soon.
We are currently focusing on delivering in Germany and EU.
Can I order the same design multiple times?
Yes — either upload the image more than once, or set the quantity for that image directly in the uploader.
What if my QR code doesn't scan, or my upload isn't working?
Make sure your camera app has QR scanning enabled (most modern phones do this natively). For upload issues or anything else, email us at hello@lieblingstudio.de with your order number — we're always happy to help.
Can I order multiple magnets in one order?
Yes, add as many as you like to your cart — each gets its own unique QR code and memory page.
I need larger quantities for a business or event. Any bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer special pricing for resellers, businesses, and bulk orders (weddings, corporate gifting, events). Contact us directly at hello@lieblingstudio.de
What's your return or refund policy?
We aim for high-quality results every time. If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 15 days with your order number, name, and a description of the issue. If the complaint is valid, we'll reprint your order free of charge or refund you, your choice.
Whose photos can I upload?
By uploading images, you confirm you own the rights to them or have permission to use them. Liebling Studio is a printing service and isn't responsible for the content you upload — please don't use the service to print anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or content that's otherwise unlawful.
